Sit, Stay, Read!

Read to a dog -- therapy dogs love to listen to stories! Our friend, Elsa, an English Golden Retreiver, will be waiting for you at the library. It will make them so happy to hear you read books! Bring your own book or take one from our shelves and spend some time with Elsa. Reading aloud to certified therapy dogs is an excellent way for emerging readers to practice their skills (and lots of fun, too!).

Limited space. Sign up for your 10-minute timeslot upon arrival.
