(5/17) LinkedIn 101 – Learn the whats, whys, and hows of the largest professional networking site on the internet, LinkedIn.
(6/21) Interviewing Skills – Learn interviewing skills and etiquette to help you get hired. Also get the change to practice your interview skills in a mock interview.
(7/19) Customer Service 101 - Learn proven tools to provide exceptional customer service. Also learn about conflict resolution and stress management when working in the customer service field.
(8/16) Financial Literacy – Learn about the basics of budgeting, saving, taxes, and credit score building.
