Art Coders: Code a Kaleidoscope

Art Coders: Code a Kaleidoscope

Did you know that you can create art using code? Join MACH1 during our Art Coders series to code, create, and explore different art coding programs each week. Learn how to program colors, 2D and 3D shapes, digital paint brushes, video filter effects, animations and more to produce your own original and interactive works of coded art!

This week at Art Coders: Code a Kaleidoscope, we'll teach you to code cool kaleidoscope-like video filter effects using a free online website called Hydra. Come code with us to turn your computer into a dazzling kaleidoscope with stunning colors and dancing shapes!

This program is for children and teens ages 9 - 17. No coding or art experience needed! Basic keyboard and mouse skills are required. Registration is encouraged but not required. Space is limited.
