Are you self-motivated, friendly, and have a passion for helping your community and making a difference? Perfect! Burton Barr Central Library is looking for independent, civic centered teens ages 13-17 to volunteer and lead our advisory council during the 2023-24 school year. Teen volunteers and council members will participate in leadership roles, help library staff prepare activities, run programs, attend special events, maintain collections, decorate public areas, create book displays, participate in entrepreneurial endeavors and much more! If you are interested in gaining work experience and leadership skills while having fun, please apply now at phoenix.gov/volunteer.

Spaces are limited. Those who submit their applications first will receive priority during the selection process.
