Stand and Deliver
In honor of Hispanic Heritage Month, please join us for a screening of the film, Stand and Deliver.
Story of Jaime Escalante, a math teacher at East Los Angeles' Garfield High School, who pushes and inspires 18 inner-city Hispanic students who were struggling with math to become math whizzes. This film is Rated PG.
This program is offered in partnership with the South Mountain Community College Diversity Committee.
