Being a mom is HARD. There’s no way to sugar coat that. Between the goldfish crackers, the tantrums and bedtime, we got lost. Moms, join us as we work on Overcoming Adversity to Create a Happy Life. We will work on Finding the Gold Within, a program to help nurture your inner capacity for resiliency so you can quickly and gracefully recover from life’s challenges with sustained hope, strength to persevere, and relationships that provide meaning and joy in your life. Come find your tribe, because this Mom thing take a VILLAGE!
