  • Mission and Vision Development: Learn how to clearly define your organization's mission and vision to effectively guide your strategies and operations.
  • Fundraising and Revenue Generation: Explore various fundraising techniques, grant writing basics, and alternative revenue streams that can sustain your organization's financial health.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Gain insights into the regulatory requirements governing non-profits, including tax obligations, reporting standards, and compliance with federal and state laws.
  • Program Development and Evaluation: Discover how to design programs that align with your mission and assess their impact to ensure they meet community needs and stakeholder expectations.
  • Volunteer and Staff Management: Strategies for recruiting, training, and retaining volunteers and staff to build a motivated and skilled team.
