Sit, Stay, Read!

Read to a dog! Therapy dogs love to listen to stories. Our friend Murphy, a golden retriever, will be waiting for you at the library. It will make him so happy to hear you read! Bring your own book or take one from our shelves, and then spend some time with Murphy. Reading aloud to certified therapy dogs is an excellent way for emerging readers to practice their skills, and it's lots of fun too!

Limited space. Sign up for your 10-minute timeslot upon arrival.
