How to talk to and support someone with substance use disorder?

This program will cover what to look for, how to talk to friends/family that might be struggling with substance use disorder, current resources in the community, and where to go for help. This program is presented by the City of Phoenix Office of Public Health and Southwest Behavioral Health Services.
