Set Aside and Expungement Clinic

Join this free in-person legal clinic if you have an Arizona conviction on your record.  You may qualify to set aside your conviction and restore your civil rights. This legal process can help remove barriers to employment, housing, voting, and more.  Now also accepting applications for Proposition 207 Marijuana Expungements.

Presented in partnership with Community Legal Services.  Attorneys will first provide a presentation and then will offer one-on-one assistance.  Find out if you are income eligible for CLS services by calling 602-258-3434.  Or complete an application during the clinic.

Registration is recommended but walk-ins accepted!

A limited number of people will be allowed in at the same time, based on room capacity.  As a result, there may be a short wait. First come, first served. Walk ins will be allowed based on attendance and room capacity.
