Free Hearing and Vision Screenings for Children
Do you have children under the age of five? Would you like to get their vision and/or hearing checked? If so, Phoenix Public Library and Chicanos Por La Causa can help!
Hearing and vision are essential to children's overall development. Signs and symptoms may be subtle and can go unnoticed, especially if there are no risk factors for your child's hearing or vision status. Early identification and intervention are key to your child's success.
This program is presented and staffed by Chicanos Por La Causa as part of their "Happy Healthy Kids" initiative.
Advance sign-up is encouraged so that CPLC can plan accordingly. However, walk-ins are also welcome.
