A Matter of Balance

A Matter of Balance is a series of eight classes specifically designed to reduce the fear of falling and improve activity levels of older adults. Trained coaches use practical coping strategies such as group discussions, problem solving and exercises to improve strength, coordination and balance. This eight-week class includes a workbook and resource guide.

This program meets once a week for eight weeks and is designed to reduce the fear of falling and increase activity levels among older adults. Registration required.
