Come discover the revolutionary historu of Dance Theatre of Harlem. Learn about dancers who paved the way for the astonishing legacy we know today. Lydia Abarca, Gayle McKinney-Griffith, Sheila Rohan, Marcia Sells, and Karlya Shelton, also know as the Swans of Harlem, have helped shape this groundbreaking ballet company. Renowned for its diverse repertoire and  inclusive approach, Dance Theatre of Harlem is celebrated for blending classical ballet with African-American cultural influences. 

Presented in Pulliam Auditorium on the first floor.
