Join us for one or all of our hands-on nutrition and cooking classes for families, the MyPlate series!

Learn about making meals and take home kitchen items after you attend!

In this session, we will go in depth on the importance of being active as a family. Watch a live cooking demonstration and eat with us.

This is series is for parents, adults, and young adults. These sessions are once a month, on the third Thursdays.
