Thursday Maker Hour: 3D Printer Lab - Ancient Coins
Join us at MACH1 for Thursday Maker Hour: Coin Creations! This month, our Maker Focus is Ancient Civilizations
Join us this week as we create our very own ancient coins and learn the basics of 3D modeling using Tinkercad, an online 3D modeling site. Once you are done with your design, learn the ins and outs of our 3D printers and how to print your model or another model of your own design. 3D Modeling is also used for video game design, animation and more! Participants will need a free Tinkercad account.
This program is for children ages 8-17 and their families. Basic keyboard and mouse skills are required. Registration is encouraged; space is limited.
Can’t make it this month? MACH1 offers this program every third Thursday of the month for families with children ages 8 and up.
Do you require an accommodation to participate in a Phoenix Public Library program, service, or activity? Call 602-262-4636, TTY 711, or submit your request in person or through Ask Us at least 14 business days before the event.
