Building Brain Through Play

Building Brain Through Play

From infancy on, play is an important part of a child’s life. For babies and toddlers, simple, playful interactions with adult’s help develop sturdy brain architecture, the foundations of lifelong health, and the building blocks of resilience. Join us as we explore various games and playful activities so our children can practice and strengthen important executive function skills.

FRC Programs are for children birth to 5 years old and their caregivers.

Support for the Phoenix Families First Resource Center is provided by a grant from First Things First.
