Thursday Maker Hour: Shape of a Poem
Join us at MACH1 for Thursday Maker Hour: Shape of a Poem. This month, our Maker Focus is Verses in Bloom in Celebration of Poetry Month!
Poetry takes shape in this fun introduction to poetry. Craft a simple poem using our patented poetry creation worksheet, cut out the shape of the object your poem is about, and finally added your artistic flourishes using scrap paper, magazine cuts, and coloring. Have fun creating beautiful words to make into beautiful art at this beginner poetry craft!
This program is a walk-in program for children of all ages and their families.
