St. Mary's Skills Center will be on-site at Burton Barr Central Library to help you with your SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program) and AHCCCS (Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System) needs.

Information for Services:

• First time applicant or assistance with Renewal of Benefits
• Fast Results
• Appointment time is approximately 30-45 minutes
• A DES Representative will call for your interview

Required information: ID, Household member information, Income, and Household Expenses.

Registration is strongly encouraged if you wish to be seen on this date, walk-ins accepted as limited space allows. St. Mary's staff can make an appointment for a different date and time on-site if there isn't time to be seen during this program.
