Read to a dog -- therapy dogs love to listen to stories! Our friend therapy dog friend will be waiting for you at the library. It will make him so happy to hear you read books! Bring your own book or take one from our shelves and spend some time with our puppy volunteer.

Reading aloud to certified therapy dogs is an excellent way for emerging readers to practice their skills (and lots of fun, too!).  

Recommended for beginning and reluctant readers.
