Join us for a COVID19 Health Education and Vaccine Clinic with the Arizona Department of Health Services and Bird's Eye Medical!

Arizona Department of Health Services Health Educator will offer free in-person health education for all vaccines, and vaccine preventable diseases beyond COVID. The goal is to provide friendly and engaging education to help community members reach an informed decision about vaccination, with no pressure or judgement towards your vaccine journey. They will also offer swag like pens, stickers, buttons, healthy recipe cards, and informational materials in both English and Spanish.

Bird's Eye Medical will be providing no cost, no insurance required COVID19 Vaccines for the 24-25 season throughout the event. Both Pfizer or Moderna Vaccines are available. They will also provide no cost blood pressure and blood glucose testings. Appointments available for day of the program, walk-ins also accepted as space allows. *The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) recommends vaccinating all people ages 6 months and older with updated COVID-19 vaccines.

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration has approved updated mRNA COVID-19 vaccines. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has recommended the updated 2024-2025 COVID-19 vaccines to protect against severe COVID-19. Read more on azdhs.gov
