Family Yoga and Mindfulness
Joins us for a special Yoga class presented by Shawn Bradford! Caretakers bring your little one(s) to a yoga & mindfulness class & learn fun ways to practice mindfulness at any age. You'll learn various breathing techniques such as the candle breath & the roller coaster breath, fun yoga poses like cat, cow & snake & you'll engage in a relaxation star body scan. All techniques are excellent ways to pause, have fun & be in the moment!
Registration is required. Please register the name of the adult attending, along with number of kids joining.
Yoga mats will be provided. Children MUST have a caretaker present in class.
Liability waivers must be signed by all participants prior to the start of the class.
