Join us on the 5th Floor of Burton Barr Central Library to celebrate the Summer Solstice on Saturday, June 21 from 11:30 AM to 1:00PM. Welcome the first day of summer and the longest day of the year while witnessing the architectural magic of Burton Barr Central Library. Observe the moment when man-made engineering combines with the power of the sun to reveal the moment of solstice. Music will begin at 11:30AM. Solstice presentation will begin at 12 PM.

A limited supply of specially designed letterpress prints will be available for this event in celebration of Free People Read Freely ® American Library Association.
