We are going to read the book “Swimmy”. We will learn to recognize how we feel, give those emotions a name, and owning our body language and facial expressions. When reading the book, children will understand that we are all on an emotional rollercoaster each day. We will navigate the emotional highs and lows and give confidence and independence to even the youngest learners.
