Summer Reading Event: Make Music Phoenix
Step into a vibrant world of global rhythms at Harmon Library as we celebrate Make Music Phoenix! This exciting event will feature a variety of live performances, showcasing talented musicians from different cultures and genres, offering something for every music lover.
Come and experience the lively energy of live music in the heart of the community. We encourage individuals and families to come enjoy the music and participate in other activities. We can’t wait to fill the Harmon Library with the sounds of the world! Enjoy the following music activities:
- 1:00 - 2:00 PM, Global Rhythms: A World Music Storytelling Activity
- 2:00 - 3:00 PM, Heide Riggs: Celtic Fiddle Favorites
- 3:00 - 4:00 PM, Ice Machine: Celtic & Irish Sounds
- 4:00 - 5:00 PM, Mambo: 5-piece Latin Band
- 5:00 - 6:00 PM, Sticks and Tones: Color Our World with Sound
- 6:00 - 7:00 PM, Kelsea Robin: singer, songwriter, violinist
- 7:00 - 8:00 PM, Community Drum Circle
- 8:00 - 9:00 PM, Color Your World: Color & Activity Sheet
