“This is Me: Your Story, Your Way”

“This is Me: Your Story, Your Way”

Who are you, really—and who do you want to be?

Arizona State University is teaching this interactive series to help you figure that out. In a fun, supportive space, you’ll explore your identity, build healthy relationships, plan for your future, and connect with your community. Each session is hands-on, real, and all about you. Come as you are—we’re here to build each other up and keep it real.

Here’s what each week looks like:

Week 1: Knowing Who You Are
Dig into what makes you unique. Through games and self-reflection, you’ll explore your values, strengths, and life story—and learn how to own your identity with confidence.

Week 2: Healthy Connections
Let’s talk relationships. You’ll learn how to spot red flags, set strong boundaries, and protect your peace—all while showing up for others in healthy ways.

Week 3: Power to Plan
This week is all about turning your hopes and dreams into action. Build skills like budgeting, goal-setting, and resume writing to start shaping your future—one step at a time.

Week 4: You Are Not Alone
Wrap it all up by discovering your support system, building resilience, and reflecting on how far you’ve come. You’ll leave with tools, confidence, and a reminder that you're never in this alone. Join us for one session or all four—it’s your story, your way.
