Raising a Reader
Join us for an 8-week journey that brings families together through the power of stories! In this hands-on series, parents and caregivers will learn fun, easy ways to support their child’s learning at home using books and everyday moments. Each week, families will explore early literacy strategies, dis-cover how reading connects to math, social-emotional skills, and more, and receive beautiful, high-quality books to build their home library. Let’s spark a lifelong love of reading together! Enrollment required – space is limited!
These are FREE classes for families with children ages birth to five.
Contact Lourdes at (602) 329-0870 or lourdes.huanuco.diaz@phoenix.gov to register for activities and more information.
