Annual Costume Drive
Harmon Library is currently collecting new and gently used costumes for residents of the Central City South Community. Your donations will help families celebrate fall costume events without negatively impacting the family budget. Central City South contains about 66% of the City's Public Housing. Clear out your closets and give new life to those costumes that don't fit your children anymore.
Costumes can be dropped off at Harmon Library during open hours.

Hours through 9/30/2025: Mondays, Fridays, Saturdays: 9am - 10pm; Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays: 10am - 10pm; Sundays: 12noon - 10pm
Hours beginning 10/1/2025: Mondays, Fridays, Saturdays: 9am - 5pm; Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays: 10am - 6pm; Sundays: Closed
