Sugar Skulls
Come celebrate the end of National Hispanic Heritage Month with us. We will be decorating Sugar Skulls with gems, learning about Hispanic traditions and we will go on a little parade around the library with our masks!
FRC Programs are for children birth to 5 years old and their caregivers.
