Endangered Species With the Phoenix Herpetological Society

Get up close and personal with a variety of amazing Arizona reptiles! A trained volunteer will talk about reptile behavior, habitat, preservation and safety and bring live reptiles!!

What is the IUCN Red List and what does each category mean? How do reptiles become endangered? Is there anything we can do to help? Learn how and why reptiles can go from a healthy population size to being scarce in the wild and what we can do to help protect them.
