Mister Rogers Week at Saguaro

All week long, Saguaro Library is celebrating the birthday anniversary of Mister Rogers (March 20, 1928), creator of Mister Rogers Neighborhood and inspiration for Daniel Tiger's Neighborhood.

All regular programming will be Mister Rogers themed and we will have in-library crafts available to celebrate your favorite residents of the Neighborhood of Make Believe including crown making, finger puppet crafting and a letter writing station!

Fred Rogers was an American television host, author, and producer of Mister Rogers Neighborhood on PBS, from 1968 to 2001. Each episode was a visit with young viewers exploring early childhood themes through his interaction with friends and neighbors and through puppet stories set in the Neighborhood of Make-Believe
