Summer Reading Event: Pondering Petroglyphs with Archaeologist Jessica

Have you ever visited a rock art site and wondered what the images mean? Join Archaeologist Jessica to learn about why ancient people made rock art and how people today can try to make sense of these fascinating images.

No registration required. Space is limited. Program sponsored by Phoenix Public Library Foundation as part of Maricopa County Reads, the summer reading program at the library.

Don't forget to sign up for the Summer Reading Game, it's for all ages! Prizes include free books and other great giveaways. Registration begins May 1. Start logging your reading on June 1. Game ends July 20.  To sign up, click here!
