Summer Reading Event: Are Dinosaurs Really Extinct??? with Jungle Jill
Did you know that birds are the closest living relatives to the dinosaurs? Find out how a chicken is a modern day T-Rex!!!! Jungle Jill will bring 8 live birds and reptiles to explore how they are related to their dino cousins. Some audience volunteers will help with a few animals to make it as interactive as possible. It is a great show for all ages!
Space is limited. Program sponsored by Maricopa County Library District as part of Maricopa County Reads, the summer reading program at the library.
Don't forget to sign up for the Summer Reading Game, it's for all ages! Prizes include free books and other great giveaways. Registration begins May 1. Start logging your reading on June 1. Game ends July 20. To sign up, click here!
