Ages and Stages Milestones Screenings

Is your child on track for their best start? Come complete an Ages and stages Questionnaire (ASQ) with us! The ASQ provides reliable, accurate developmental and social-emotional screening for children between birth and age 6. Drawing on parents’ expert knowledge, ASQ has been specifically designed to pinpoint developmental progress and catch delays in young children—paving the way for meaningful next steps in learning, intervention, or monitoring.

The FRC has partnered with South Phoenix Healthy Start to provide Screenings

FRC Programs are for children birth to 5 years old and their caregivers.

Support for the Phoenix Families First Resource Center is provided by a grant from First Things First.
