Parent Chat: Triple P-Bedtime Routines

Join us for a Parent Chat focused on creating calm, consistent bedtime routines. We’ll discuss common challenges, share practical strategies, and explore ways to help children wind down and settle to sleep more easily. This brief discussion group offers simple, effective tips you can begin using right away. All caregivers are welcome.

FRC Programs are for children birth to 5 years old and their caregivers.

Support for the Phoenix Families First Resource Center is provided by a grant from First Things First.
