Understanding Your Value: Business Model Canvas & Value Proposition Canvas
This in-person program is an introduction to the Business Model Canvas and Value Proposition Canvas. The session will guide entrepreneurs through the nine building blocks of a business model, including customers, value proposition, infrastructure, and financial viability. The session then moves into mapping a value proposition against customer needs. It is designed for small business owners at any stage, from early idea to expansion, and is structured as an interactive workshop.
