Effective February 28, 2022, City of Phoenix lifted the face mask requirement for those visiting and/or attending programs within City of Phoenix facilities and Phoenix Public Library locations. City of Phoenix follows CDC Guidelines for reducing COVID risk. Should the risk level in Maricopa County increase to a high category, masking requirements will be reinstated. Are you ready to code to the next level after Little Bytes?  Join MACH1 and CodePHX for this 1 hour, 8-week program for children ages 7 - 9 that introduces them to Scratch Blocks Code.  You’ll learn basic coding concepts and use those tools to create simple projects in Scratch.  Join us as we cover programming fundamentals such as variables, events, loops, and logic.
 

  • After registering you will receive a survey with additional questions by email.  Your registration is not complete until you complete the survey.
     
  • This is a beginner level class for children between the ages 7-9; no prior coding experience is necessary. 
     
  • This program is an eight week online series that starts on May 11th - register for May 11th only.  By registering you are agreeing to attend all eight weeks.
