Effective February 28, 2022, City of Phoenix lifted the face mask requirement for those visiting and/or attending programs within City of Phoenix facilities and Phoenix Public Library locations. City of Phoenix follows CDC Guidelines for reducing COVID risk. Should the risk level in Maricopa County increase to a high category, masking requirements will be reinstated. Attendance at in-person programs continues to be reduced to accommodate physical distancing. Thank you for understanding.

Summer Reading Event: Macrame Project

Summer Reading Event: Macrame Project

Each attendee will mix and make a macrame keychain!

Projects are designed for ages 13 & up.  Teens and adults can come and learn a new crafting skill. By the end of the session, you will have something you will be proud to own or give as a gift.  We provide all supplies, all you need to bring is your creativity and willingness to try!  No prior experience in making, creating or crafting is necessary!

Drop in anytime between 3:00 & 4:15 p.m. to an available table. Attendees will be rotated into the room as space at each table becomes available. Kits will be available to take home. Space is limited.

Don't forget to sign up for the Summer Reading Game, it's for all ages! Prizes include free books and other great giveaways. Registration begins May 1. Start logging your reading on June 1. Game ends August 1. To sign up, click here!
