Doing Business in Phoenix: Adaptive Reuse Program

Doing Business in Phoenix: Adaptive Reuse Program Online

The City of Phoenix’s Adaptive Reuse Program was created to assist businesses with reusing existing buildings for new commercial purposes.  Since its inception, the program has helped many small businesses locate in existing buildings and helped neighborhoods keep buildings that create a sense of place, neighborhood identity, and community pride.  During the StartUpPHX Adaptive Reuse Program presentation, Sam McAllen will provide an overview of the Adaptive Reuse Program.  Course attendees will learn about the program’s history, tiers of support, regulatory relief tools, and financial incentives available to assist qualified adaptive reuse projects.
