202YOU: Bypassing Burnout & Dealing with Dumpster Fires ONLINE Online

2022 is all about YOU!  It’s time for self-reflection, self-care, and self-empowerment.  This programming series will help you find ways to live your best life and make this year one to remember!

202YOU: Bypassing Burnout & Dealing with Dumpster Fires

Thursday June 23, 2022 from 6 to 7 p.m.

One of the most popular ways to describe the last two years was “dumpster fire”. Pandemic fatigue, virtual meeting burnout, stress at home and in the workplace… it’s been a lot. And it seems like there’s more to come as we move through 2022! This rapid-fire session by certified Coach and Entrepreneur Nicole Lance is designed to give you a bit of a break and a whole lot of strategies for navigating the challenges of low-level stress and high levels of uncertainty. Geared towards high achievers looking for easy-to-implement strategies to level-up your life (at work and outside of it!), we’ll learn and actively apply physiological-based tactics to manage stress, create plans for leveraging self-sustenance practices and principles to benefit our workdays, and incorporate productivity tips to manage burnout. Get ready to engage and interact – it will make you think as much as it will make you laugh.
