Effective February 28, 2022, City of Phoenix lifted the face mask requirement for those visiting and/or attending programs within City of Phoenix facilities and Phoenix Public Library locations. City of Phoenix follows CDC Guidelines for reducing COVID risk. Should the risk level in Maricopa County increase to a high category, masking requirements will be reinstated. One of the most popular ways to describe the last two years was “dumpster fire”. Pandemic fatigue, virtual meeting burnout, stress at home and in the workplace… it’s been a lot. And it seems like there’s more to come as we move through 2022! This rapid-fire session by certified Coach and Entrepreneur Nicole Lance is designed to give you a bit of a break and a whole lot of strategies for navigating the challenges of low-level stress and high levels of uncertainty. Geared towards high achievers looking for easy-to-implement strategies to level-up your life (at work and outside of it!), we’ll learn and actively apply physiological-based tactics to manage stress, create plans for leveraging self-sustenance practices and principles to benefit our workdays, and incorporate productivity tips to manage burnout.
