Effective February 28, 2022, City of Phoenix lifted the face mask requirement for those visiting and/or attending programs within City of Phoenix facilities and Phoenix Public Library locations. City of Phoenix follows CDC Guidelines for reducing COVID risk. Should the risk level in Maricopa County increase to a high category, masking requirements will be reinstated. Summer Reading Event: Design Challenge--Planes

Build your own plane to experiment and learn with during this hands-on interactive program for kids ages 5-11.

Space is limited to 20 participants and free tickets are required and available 30 minutes before program start time. NOTE: In our meeting room we can accommodate the participating child aged 5-11 plus 1 accompanying adult only.
