Effective February 28, 2022, City of Phoenix lifted the face mask requirement for those visiting and/or attending programs within City of Phoenix facilities and Phoenix Public Library locations. City of Phoenix follows CDC Guidelines for reducing COVID risk. Should the risk level in Maricopa County increase to a high category, masking requirements will be reinstated. What exactly is 'Reverse Tie-Dye'? 

I bet you are just DYEING to find out! Come and learn the process to 'tie-dye' and make a splash with your family! Supplies will be available, but feel free to bring your own clean, plain dark-colored t-shirts for this unique craft!

Note: This program involves the use of heavily diluted bleach

Reverse Tie-Dying will be done first-come first-served throughout the event to allow as many folks as possible to participate!

Don't forget to sign up for the Summer Reading Game, it's for all ages! Prizes include free books and other great giveaways. Registration begins May 1. Start logging your reading on June 1. Game ends August 1.  To sign up, click here!
