Mental Health First Aid USA

Mental Health First Aid USA is a program that teaches you how to support someone who is developing a mental health problem or experiencing a mental health crisis. The training helps you identify, understand, and respond to signs of addictions and mental illnesses such as anxiety, depression, substance use, bipolar disorder, and schizophrenia. The program also touches on the unique risk factors and warning signs of mental health problems in adults over the age of 65.  

The 8-hour training is provided in two 4-hours sessions:

Tuesday, August 9 and Tuesday
August 16 from 12:30-4:40 pm.

Registration is required.
