Mini Zine Workshop

Mini Zine Workshop

Teens! Join us and Wasted Ink Zine Distro in MACH1 to learn the history of zines, look through examples, and make mini zines of your own. Participants will have the opportunity to explore a variety of materials traditionally used to make zines, and will receive instruction on how to make their own zine. Participants may bring in their own materials such as paper, stamps, drawings, photos, or poetry to add to their zines.

A Zine (pronounced zeen derived from magazine) is an independently, or self-published booklet, often created by a single person. Zines provide a platform for creative outlets regardless of class or education and Zine topics encompass everything and anything people can produce.
