**FIRST SESSION WILL BE HELD ONLINE. REGISTER TO RECEIVE THE LINK.**

This program, brought to you by Molina Complete Care of AZ and City of Phoenix, is intended to educate new/expecting mothers and support a safe and healthy living space for both mother and child. There are 3 required courses all participants must attend to receive supplies at Baby Shower event. Topics will be Prenatal/Postnatal nutrition, Breastfeeding and Car seat safety. After participants attended the required courses, they will be gifted a car seat, pack and play, child safety kit, board books, postnatal supplies, and more, FREE OF COST!

This program is for expecting mothers in their second/third trimester or new mothers that have a child under the age of 6 months. Classes will be held at Chavez Library and virtually. Presenter: There will be a variety of presenters. Starting with, First Teeth First, Phoenix Children’s Hospital and Arizona Breastfeeding Medicine and Wellness.

Dates/Times:

Class 1: November 29^th Virtual Meeting (Topic: Dental Health)  – 10am – 11am (Teams Meeting link will be sent to email used to register)

Class 2: December 1^st  In person meeting (Breastfeeding)  – 11:30pm-1pm

Class 3: December 12^th In person meeting (Car seat safety)  – 12:30pm – 2pm (Car seat installation practice, must bring vehicle to practice installation)

Final Day 4: December 14^th In person Baby Shower Event – 11:00am-1:00pm

I will also be sending the participants a fillable document with some questions to the email they register with. A response from registered participant is required to secure spot in class. If there is no response from participant within 48hrs, participant will be dropped**
