Meet with a PHX C.A.R.E.S. case worker.

Case workers will be onsite to provide case management and referral assistance to individuals experiencing homelessness.

Intake for referral services and assessments for additional services.

Individual personalized assistance.

We cannot provide immediate emergency services such as medical aid or security.
