Get Help with the Weatherization Assistance Program

City of Phoenix Neighborhood Services Department will provide information and answer questions about the Weatherization Assistance Program. Help will be available for customers in completing the household assessment form online. Customers must meet the income eligibility requirements.

The Neighborhood Services Department Weatherization Assistance Grants can help install, repair, or replace: AC or Heating, air duct sealing, among other weatherizaion measures. Grants do not need to be repaid.
