Creature Collage Creations
Join us this week at Thursday Maker Hour: Creature Collage Creations. This month, our Maker Focus is Cryptozoology (aka the study of legendary monsters such as vampires, werewolves, Bigfoot and the Loch Ness Monster that are unproven to exist)!
To kick off our Cryptozoology Month for October, we welcome you to learn a little about famous cryptids such as Vampires, Werewolves, Bigfoot, and the Loch Ness Monster. A cryptid is a creature found in stories that some people believe are real, but is not proven to exist. Join in the creation and collection of cryptid stories by cutting and pasting animal images together to make a strange creature collage of your own. Then add it to our book of cryptids and, of course, your own sighting experience.
This program is a walk-in program for kids and teens of all ages and their families.
