My Plate: All About Fruits and Veggies

Join us for one or all of our hands-on nutrition and cooking classes for families, the MyPlate series!

Learn about making meals and take home kitchen items after each class you attend!

In this session, we will identify ways to encourage our family to eat a variety of fruits and vegetables through different cooking methods.

This is series is for parents, adults, and young adults. These sessions are once a month, on the third Thursdays.
