My Plate: All about MyPlate

Join us for one or all of our hands-on nutrition and cooking classes for families, the MyPlate series!

Learn about making meals and take home kitchen items after each class you attend!

In this first session, we will learn and use at least two timesaving or low-cost ways to prepare nutritious family meals according to the MyPlate structure and discuss two tasks children can do to help make a family meal. This lesson will be interactive!

This is series is for parents, adults, and young adults. These sessions are once a month, on the third Thursdays.
